Abraham Booth (1734-1806) était un théologien baptiste  célèbre à son époque, un des plus lus.Auteur baptiste réformé réputé, il y a participé à la création du collège théologique qui allait devenir Regent Park College à Oxford, et le premier pasteur baptiste de Londres à offrir une aide active à la Baptist Missionary Society.
